1. Introduction
Silicon carbide ceramic membrane is sintered at high temperature by recrystallization technology. Its porous support layer, transition layer and membrane layer are all made of silicon carbide material, which is currently the membrane material with the best hydrophilicity and anti-pollution ability. The filtration precision is 0.1-0.4μm. Silicon carbide ceramic membranes are corrosion-resistant, high-temperature resistant, and highly hydrophilic, and can continuously remove particles, oil droplets, and emulsions and suspended solids with high throughput, thereby providing high-quality liquid filtration.
2. Operating Principle
The Silicon Carbide Flat Membrane Module is composed of several membranes arranged in parallel. Using immersion filtration, the membrane module is completely immersed in the membrane tank. Under the action of negative pressure suction, water flows through the membrane from outside to inside. Particles, oil droplets and emulsions as well as suspended solids are retained, and the water passes through the membrane layer into the produced water tank.
3. Application field
Drinking water, MBR, Liquid Waste, Processing Fluid Purification and Reuse, Landfill Leachate, Sludge Concentration, Oil-water Separation.
4. Characteristic
1)Silicon carbide membrane is sintered with high-purity silicon carbide powder, which is currently the membrane material with the best hydrophilicity and anti-pollution ability.
2)Ideal operating conditions--when the PAC addition amount makes the pH less than 6, the membrane surface can maintain a negative charge of -25~-30mV, making it difficult for dissolved organic carbon and transparent outer polymer particles to adhere to the membrane surface.
3)Negatively charged substances in the water body are easily washed off the membrane surface. For example: bacteria, algae, MLSS, transparent polymer particles and oils.
5. Application advantages in drinking water
1) Efficient removal of TLSS, bacteria and other harmful substances, the produced water turbidity is less than 0.1NTU;
2) High land utilization rate, saving floor space;
3) The working capacity per unit membrane area is large, 400LMH~1200LMH;
4) High recovery rate (>95%)
5) Easy to clean and save chemicals. Pretreatment can use ozone technology;
6) Long service life (>=30 years)
6. Application advantages in MBR
1) The membrane pool occupies a small area and has a high space utilization rate, which is especially suitable for buried sewage treatment plants;

4) High working efficiency per unit membrane area, the designed flux range is 45LMH~80LMH;

7. Application advantages in Liquid Waste
1) The use of pure physical technology, do not add chemical agents, do not destroy the liquid components, liquid recycling;
2) 0.04 micron high-precision microporous filtration can ensure that 99.99% of the bacteria in the cleaning solution are retained, control the growth of microorganisms from the source and prevent the liquid from smelling;
3) Effectively solve the problems of odor, oil and particulate matter that affect the life cycle of the liquid, restore the performance of the liquid, and realize the recycling of the liquid;
4) The equipment can run continuously and automatically for 7*24 hours, with low power consumption, simple use and maintenance, stable and reliable.
